The region is experiencing growing demand for academic mobility and lifelong learning opportunities. At the same time, regional initiatives such as the UNESCO Buenos Aires Convention are fostering greater cooperation and trust among education systems. In this context, the development of digital credentials, and innovative qualification frameworks has become a strategic priority across the region
